The flaw in all of this is similar to what happens in an inbred family. The gene pool, as it were, for JWS is stifled. with no new outside influence they are just killing and retarding themselves. For a family to grow you need to spread the gene pool and get new DNA to help grow new strands or branches on the family tree. The dubs will 'hold' on to those who have proven themselves succeptible to the conditioning, but with-out the ability to bring in new recruits they are just creating more fringe proles.
